my shoulder hurts and its making me want to puke

I don't know what I did to it, I guess I slept on it weird last night, but it hurts at all times. there is no comfortable position. it's like a kink in the neck but usually that is resolved by just not moving your head. I couldnt sleep last night becuase it hurt so bad in any position I tried to lay in. I need some muscle relaxers or pain killers.
