Update on my rash (graphic photo lncluded)

Well it turns out I had necrotizing fasciitis. It is an infection that started out as a rash. Thank you all for your help and advice. Here is a photo of what it looks like, only mine is in my crotch area:

what's the prognosis, chief? isn't that going to scar like a heavily mutilated something that doesn't have access to vitamin e or plastic surgery? how do you explain that to future sexual partners? anyway, i'm really sorry about that. i hope i never end up with anything called "necrotizing ______."

Doctor thinks I probably picked up the rash when I was in Thailand. The infection set in after I kept scratching at it for two weeks.
