Yea, water definitely helped. I usually drink water before I go to bed when I've been drinking. It does help a lot. Instead, last night I walked home and crashed out as soon as I hit the bed.

those are the mornings i wake up and feel like i shouldn't.

but i <3 beer.

best thing to do is keep bottles of water by your bed. then you only have to reach over and twist off the top.
