its a valid argument. but even as a dorky hardcore gamer, i find even some of my favorite games a little too complicated in its interface. by just pressing a button and moving a hand, it just brings an intuitiveness that's just more enjoyable than pounding away on a joypad. maybe a year from now i'll change my mind

Well, I've read that madden wii plays as good as the conventional setup, but is more fun. So I think it can translate pretty well if they do it right since it works so far for action/adventure, racing, fps, and sports. With Zelda it's a lot better than the old setup, I love swinging the sword around as opposed to mashing the A button. Normal controllers wont become extinct but I don't think wii will either.

I don't think it will become dead, I just think when the newness wears off there will be a lost less interest in wiimote games.

I mean a lot of people were really excited about the Zapper at one time.

Not yet, but it will also be FB's Wii number for the moment. He does plan on getting his own eventually.

I think like the DS, the games at first will be a bit odd. Once developers have time to be able to learn the system, games will be pretty entertaining. Graphics will also be better.

Also, everyone stay away from monkeyball. I don't like how you controll the monkey now. They should have made it sideways. I haven't played the minigames so i don't know about those but the main adventures stink.

Me and myself, um, futureboy have play each other about 3 times. Its pretty fun, but there is a learning curve. I still can't tackle worth shit.

yeah i only played the marble one once, the 1-1 one. i tried the star circus type one once, i got nowhere close to winning so i havent been back. he said you need to jump off walls or something so i figured i need a special device.

that's what i'm talkin bout.

and what i have to say about excite truck is that it might be the most fun i've had in a game. the jumps are intense and you really get into it. it doesnt take that long to finish all the cups but there's a lot of replay value. i'm still undecided on red steel, i liked it but had a frustrating experience the other day, i think i was too far from the sensor bar.

I guess, i'm not the kind of guy that goes out and buys madden every year (in fact, this is my first madden purchase) so that would seem like a good idea. Give it a rental just so you know what you're getting into. Fuck, if I trusted you, i'd let you borrow it. I did that with obsrcured01 once.
