Anyone have any experience with kitten rescue? - Page 2

A snap to it... And lethargy you say, hmmm... Well, that could definitely be a problem. Normally, I'd be inclined to say that this cat is just extremely mellow, but given all the information you've told me I'd have to use my expert opinion and say that something probably is wrong with this kitten.

I actually tried to get it to play with a ball that has a bell inside of it this afternoon and it just kinda sat there and did nothing, which was a bit of a red flag since just about every kitten I've ever encountered is more than willing to wear you out with playfulness. It is extremely lovable though, a regular purr-box.

I'll be sure to leave out food and water, but there are other neighborhood cats, and, ugh, RACCOONS that come into our yard regularly, so I'm not sure how much food the kitten would be guaranteed. Maybe I can chase down one of the extremely few (2) friends I have here in Arcata and give them my house key to leave some food out when they have a chance to swing by this weekend.

I'll be thinking of little Yoshi all weekend
