Marlboro Ultra Lights are what I smoke. I know they are girly cigarettes but I am trying to quit. It is a horrible habit... but oh so smooth.

Anyone have any suggestions for better cigarettes? Im thinking about trying Salems, but I heard theyre just straight shit. But if I smoke the newports and forget to take like 3 vitamin c pills, I wake up feeling like I have pneumonia.

I've been smoking Newport Menthols for about a month and a half. I could quit.... but I love that placebo effect!

I still don't see how it can't relate. Isn't it the whole "if you are going to do something, do it right?" argument. If you are gonna get hammered, just go with the most hardcore shit as you would with filters as opposed to lights.

Seriously, smoking lites is lame. You dont get a proper nicotine kick from them. Filters are already tamed-down cigarettes, by the time you get to lites it's like low alcohol beer.

I understand your argument but if you taper down a light is still enough to feed the monkey without destroying yourself in the morning. I started smoking with Camel Filter Wides and felt asthmatic half the time.

I'm not really worried about looking like a poser because smoking in general is pretty lame these days. It is no longer cool and barely socially acceptable. I don't feel too hip sitting outside in freezing weather just to get my nic fix. It's a real love/hate relationship.

I hear ya Lied. I have to get respirator fit tested every year for my job and everyone has a good time laughing as I gasp for breath while trying to satisty the lung tidal volume requirement.
