i got a jade plant

i think its pretty awesome so far. i went away for a week and it looks as healthy as can be. this is going to be a great partnership, me and this plant. i think we're pretty much unstoppable.

i have two wandering jews of various breed and they are both not fairing so well.
i tried keeping hte soil moist, but not wet like the little tags said.. and they started to die, so i looked up advice online which says sto let the soil dry between waterings.. they are still dying
