It is a bootleg. If you look on spfc.org, you will find this release on the bootlist. (And not on the list of official releases.)

only ones i have seen are the rust/brown and greenish-blue (zsp77 refers to as grey), as far as the numbered EMI bootleg vinyls are concerned.
