Lessee . . . grows up to a foot a day with virtually no encouragement, almost completely edible, high in vitamin C and A . . . Kinda makes you think it's going to waste.

Apparently it just tastes like a dark lettuce or a light spinach. Christ, what does it say about our salad-phobic peoples that we've even let this plant become a threat to the southern landscape?
