Im currently doing a crash diet

I feel awful, Im not fat or anything, but somehow my face isn't toned very well. So I went on a crash diet. It's working pretty well, but somehow I don't think I can take it anymore

Hah, I didn't eat anything since Friday.
Well, I did - but I threw it all up again after a few minutes. LOQ, not even a simple soup's too good for my stomach.

crash diets don't work. you're going to gain it all back and then some.
