basically, it's either move to different shift, do more, and take alot of shit (and possibly get fired if i fuck up majorly), but show my supervisors and myself that i can step up to the plate

or

stay where i am and not risk my job (until i pay off my car atleast)-- even though i think the whole "you'd lose your job thing" is b.s. and they're trying to see if i really want to do it.
