I had a friend back in high school who joined an all male drum corp (bascially professional marching band, kinda silly but anyway) and to initiate newbies they played this game called "Splooey." To play the game, the whole corp (a 100 guys or so) would get in a big room and turn off all the lights and start jacking off, and the first one to cum had to yell "Splooey!"
