doubtful...im pretty happy with my gamecube...i only really use it for mario kart, so it wouldnt be all that worth it to me, though it is pretty awesome looking

im making some four cheese ravioli for dinner.

I bought a pretty cheap comforter (like $20) from linens and things and it smelled like a fish market. maybe their truck drivers also transport frozen fish. anyway I tried to wash it in the small ass washing machines in the laundry room and it didn't go as planned. It still had soap on it when I took it out and I didn't have enough quarters to wash it again AND dry it, so I took it up to my apartment and hand washed it in the sink. Then I dried it. part of it still smells weird I think I am just going to go buy a new one.

we babysat yesterday till 2am (was supposed to be overnight but thank god the dad came home, i wanted to sleep in my own bed) for SOME reason the father thought that not letting a 2 year old take a nap would assist the babysitting situation. but really all that did was get the kid to go to bed at 7.. and wake up full blast for another 5 or 6 hours at 10.
also, this kid has been brought up with a tv in such a way that he can, at 2, run the dvd player, and sits there watching dvd's pressing fast forward every minute. not only that but he couldn't sleep WITHOUT the damn tv on.

we're getting rid of our tv.

oh and dan painted the first coat in the nursery today, lots more to do through

it's pretty so far!
and we went out to lunch at a nice cafe and got some salt water taffy on the warf.
i (or both of us, dan might not go, you care i know) are in about 10 minutes going to a friend's to play video games or something
