If you can't tune your guitar to those you are a fucking numpty.
Seeing though i can play it perfectly with the tuning i use, i really couldn't give two shits about doing it a different way.

Is there something wrong with being wrong? I can't be known to know everything, and if you read up on my post, i did explain that i know nothing about tuning. I can play the song, and that's all that matters.

You *can* play it with standard tuning, but it won't sound exactly right. Part of it's unique sound is that soothing drone of all the echoed notes.

It just sounds so bland otherwise.

Edit: oh, and Bodies.

If you know nothing about tuning, why did you say 'what's with people saying it's in another tuning Billy plays it in STANDARD?' and then argue with people about it?

Because i didn't `argue` about me being right and you all being wrong. I can play the song in normal tuning, i don't need some crap tuning, how is that so hard to understand and get through all your heads?

And to settle some things:
Mayo is half down, with guitar two 1st string as D.
Silverfuck I play is D
Bodies (and almost every MCIS song) is half down, in it's case, Db
XYU is Eb
TAFH = Db

TAFH is my second most fun D or Db song.

Could be wrong but I don't think anyone mentioned Tales of a Scorched Earth which I at least play in D. Hummer/Jellybelly/silverfuck/drown have got to be a few of the best ones. And let us not forget the Evil Ransom soundtrack..I know some of those gems found their way into a live rendition of Silverfuck at one time or another. Lizards, Rats, Squirrels with tales..Should be in D, they're kind of all the same riff.

Muzzle is B string tuned down to an A, and then tune everything down a half step.

Most of songs off Ransom have guitar tuned down to Eb and then have 6th string tuned way down to Ab.

By the way, Drown was Db in 2000. So was Silverfuck since 1995.
