Default Seventeen Seconds remastered

i just got the remastered seventeen seconds CD by the cure and i noticed a little glitch in the outro solo of M.

for half-a-second at some point between 2:21 and 2:25 there's a sound loss in the right channel.

anyone else notice that or could verify their copy ? mine is not the deluxe one but they should have the same mastering.

i'm just curious if this is a generic thing. thanks.

well i finally found one single post from 1986 on usenet which mentions the same problem, so i guess it's long-standing. i wonder why they didn't correct this in the new version.

the guy also talks about the song seventeen seconds ending abruptly. i just realized this may be why 17 ends abruptly on adore.

You are right sir.

IF you read the booklet, you'll read that they recorded that album on very low budget. The end of "the final sound" is just the tape ending.
