I haven't seen ANY of the best picture nominated films so I plan to rectify that tonight. Should I see Goodnight and Good Luck or Capote?

Yeah i know Brokeback is a cultural phenomenon and all but eh...i dunno. And Phllip Seymour Hoffman is much cooler than Heath Ledger. I'm leaning towards Capote so far.

I would opt for Goodnight and Good Luck, but that's just me.

Either movie would probably be a better choice than Crash. It was a disjointed, overrated piece of crap. Hopefully, the other nominees are a better indication of what passes for a good movie these days.

If it's only between Goodnight and Goodluck or Capote, I definitely recommend the former. Munich is pretty excellent though, great story and, as stated above, lots of shit is blown up.

Good Night is the best film of the year.
Of course, the Oscars won't recognize it because it doesn't pinpoint taboo issues, but fuck them anyway. |

Munich for the priceless Eric Bana's struggling-orgasm face.
