Official Fantasy Baseball Roundup 2006

ONE LEAGUE this year guys.

I will run it if I can be trusted with the money but I know that some of you aren't huge fans of my work. I want to run a good league this year. I want one league only. And there's got to be money involved.

ISSUES:

1. We need to decide the rules and how many teams to cap it at this year before setting up the league.

2. No jerkoffs like Alex this year. My bad on that one.

3. All money must be paid before draft or you get cut. I was one of the last to pay in the football league, so I'm not talking shit. I just don't want problems to arise with regard to payment.

MY PREFERENCES

1. 5 X 5 League (Avg, HR, RBI, Runs, Steals AND Wins, ERA, Whip, Saves, Ks)

2. League capped at 15 teams.

3. 20 bucks to get in. With 15 teams that that means a pot of between 300, which could be split 200, 75, 25.

Did you read the thread? It's not free. Free leagues result in 3/4 of the teams giving up by midseason. Pay leagues only result in 2/3 of the teams giving up.

I say if it's 12 teams, it should be $25 to get in. I'm sure we can find 12 people willing to pony up 25 bones. Then you still have a 200/75/25 pot.
