I bought a NM condition clean one from this same seller last year, and even though the payment process takes time, this guy can be trusted.

One good thing about the marks/writing, is that he's asking much less than I paid for the clean one.

yeah i was thinking that too lol,

i am an avid collector but not to the point where i'd get all the different versions of stuff, i dont see the point, my goal was always to get as many tracks as possible in manufactured form ie, maybe all the siamese singles because of their b-sides etc, and some of those compilations that feature one smashing pumpkins track

anyone else like that?

Thats mostly what I collect. I like to have a copy of each track. Once in a while I'll pick up a single just cause its kind of cool, but I don't bother with the really rare stuff. I'd rather get 30 cds for 10 dollars each then one record for 300 dollars.

I saw one go for $300 4 months ago. I guess payment was a pain and the vinyl was marked up, so maybe people are just picky. I paid $49 for mine (in mint condish) and thought I got a steal...was I kidding myself? Am I just trying to justify my own actions? Is there life on other planets?

I have the same approach as you but with CDs only.........I guess if people are serious enough to get a scarce Phillipines release, they would want a nice clean version.

i paid $35 for one with a tiny pen mark on it. There was a tonne of them up on ebay for awhile, i don't know if that still stands.
