anytime you go to a fast food joint tell em you want the fries straight out of the fryer, and if you get a burger tell em you want it right out of broiler. then the shit is hot as fuck and good as balls.

I've never paid attention to what time yields the good fries....I always just thought it was the luck of the draw. or something. But I really hate when I get bad fries. And BK's fries seem to be getting worse....I don't know what the deal with that is. I used to like them a lot better than McDonald's....but not anymore. And Wendy's are usually too soggy. blah.

plus, some guy told me about how they only clean the oil thing two times a day or something like that, and they normally do it before breakfast. i dont know if old oil or new oil is better.

i always though old oil
