This movie is getting some incredible hype. Apparently everyone who's gotten a chance to see early screenings are raving about how great it is. Do a search for "Scott Pilgrim movie reviews" on YouTube. People are making it sound like it's the second coming or something. I've read the books that are out so far and it's a pretty good read. Nothing great but... I'm still looking forward to the movie. Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz were both excellent movies and Spaced was a decent show so I have a lot of faith in Edgar Wright.

I have one Scott Pilgrim comic, got it for free at a convention in Toronto. Interesting read, may illegally download the rest. |

Toronto hipster's give me a rash, though. But Edgar Wright is solid, Mary Elizabeth Winstead makes me feel funny in my bathing suit area, and he's wearing an SD-era shirt. Hopefully George Michael won't just play George Michael again

The poster looks just like the first pages of the book. Excited.

What's funny is that this shirt was a custom print for this character, apparently.

Except that everything Michael Cera does is some sort of inside joke. This most likely includes the SP shirt.
