It's time to let old things die. Corgan, Chamberlin, the Pumpkins, the Netphorians, the Sad Machines; Let it all die Rey.

So, it is time... for the Pumpkins Nexus to end?

Time, it is... hmm, for you to look past a pile of old rambling posts, hmm?

The sacred Corgan texts!

Oh? Read them, have you?

Well, I...

Page-scrollers, they were not.

I actually did genuinely enjoy certain aspects of TLJ, but I feel like it broke the franchise and the bottom line is the story sucked/made no sense, completely wasted the potential of some characters, failed to build off the first movie, and was awkward and weird to watch

we're going to win not by fighting what we hate, but saving what we love? are you kidding me? how the fuck did some of these lines make into the movie?

Red was the last Weezer album I bought... and even though I've never listened to anything after it in full, I'm confident in saying that it's not their worst.

Fame fucked Billy up. Losing it fucked him up even more. The best thing about him now, and for the past 10 years, is the enjoyment found in making fun of him. And also witnessing how the ego can really warp an individual's perspective to an absurd degree, I mean, god damn, just look at this guy.

I've listened to all of them (and bought all of them up to and including The White Album) and can confirm The Red Album is indeed their worst, by virtue of having so much potential and so many good ideas and not executing a single one of those in a competent way. Even Raditude has If You're Wondering (Where These Parentheses Go). Nothing on The Red Album sticks, aside from the bonus tracks that didn't make the cut. Just some good ideas or riffs or melodies spread across a mediocre slice of white bread.

I remember when I was a kid and my dad got me a copy of the green album, but I never really listened to it because I thought the band looked so lame on the cover, so I stuck with my pop punk dudes with dyed hair and eyeliner for the next several years.. Ironically, these days I'm the one who looks too lame to be on a Weezer album cover.

Wow dude. I couldn't disagree more with you. Red is one of my favorite "not Blue/Pinkerton" they have. Pork and Beans, Dreaming, Heart Songs, Angel and the one, Ms. Sweeney were all good songs... Definitely a welcome surprise after Make Believe.

I will say, the songs by the other band members on the record are all crap.. Especially the one from Scott.

Nah, at this point, all I have room for is Blue/Pinkerton and White/EWBAITE with a little bit of Maladroit if time allows.

Yeah when he played all the instruments and wrote all the songs on two albums and then complained about how terrible about his bandmates were in the press. So chill.
