I like Farewell and Goodnight, and in that particular case it works because every band member gets a line.
My problem with Iha is I find him exceedingly boring and dull as a singer/interpreter. I have no problems with his songwriting per se, since to my knowledge some of the best Pumpkins songs were Iha/Corgan collabs. |

I have 3 things scheduled for the exact same time tonight... a movie screening, a birthday party and a game night.
How the hell do I choose one over the other two? |

The coworker is nice, but the event is at a bar (kinda a game-bar type thing?). I dunno, I've been to a couple of parties she's hosted, but they were ones held in her yard. That just seems like a more relaxed environment to me, like, just sit in a lawn chair with a beer and talk with some people. I feel like I'd be less comfortable at a bar with a bunch of people I don't know. The guy cutting his hair for cancer at the other event is my sister's... ex? boyfriend? I dunno, this is the second time they've broken up, but it seems like they still hang out I guess and the first time they broke up, it seemed to me as though barely anything changed aside from what they called their relationship. He's a nice guy and I like him (though he seems to have some flaws that he needs to fix that make me totally understand why my sister would break things off with him), but it's just kinda weird because I only really know him because of his relationship to my sister and I don't feel much like hanging out with my sister these days. |

Ended up going to the burfday party. Don't regret it, it was very chill but pleasant.
Got only about 60% on the drunk scale, tho. |

went to a birthday party for my friend's 40th. pot-luck type, chill friendly people, lots of great food prepared by guests, tajine, paella, fresh duck and salads... weather was perfect.
no more drinking this week. |

In twenty-four hours, I will be seeing Ufomammut perform.
They come on at 11pm on a Tuesday night, but I don't imagine that'll stop much of the audience from being decidedly otherwise. |

Just got home from my date with 21-year-old girl. I think it was good overall. We went to a pizza place and sat outside and drank beers. I already know her a little bit, but it was probably the most un-awkward first date I have been on since I kicked off this whole going on actual dates thing. She's really easy to talk to and she asked me a lot of questions, like I actually had trouble edging in my own questions about her. We talked about travel a lot and commiserated about not understanding sports and not having seen any cool tv shows. There was a good amount of smiling and laughing.
Like my other dates, the end was awkward though. Well, not so much awkward just... I guess I'm just really bad at dates and need more practice. I think I was supposed to establish if we were going to see each other again but we were talking about something else as we walked to the garage and suddenly we were hugging goodbye. She did say she had a good time and I could tell she meant it. She's very genuine and emotive. The only question is if she had a good time and is attracted to me or if she had a good time and thinks we could be friends |

which is also kind of the only question that matters
I guess I could see it going either way. Some time tomorrow I think I will text her to test the waters. Hopefully I didn't somehow ruin a chance at a second date by not asking her on the spot |

Sounds good to me. Unsolicited advice: don't overthink it. Just shoot her a message tomorrow and be all "Hey, I had fun, wanna get together again soon?" or some shit.
Also, butt stuff? |
