listened to/watched the video tonight. its far too long and i dont know wtf they are trying to express in the song. it's no 'blame it on the rain' and did little to my feelings receptors.

Yeah I had no idea Bowie was on it until I read an article on it.

Song has really grown on me a lot, looking forward to the album.

I enjoyed the song live on SNL more than the video...definitely a Young Americans + Stations to Stations vibe.

Episode is kinda funny, Tina Fey

I wonder what the other new song will be?

Edit: it was pretty catchy, more melodic

I caught their after-SNL performance thing and it was really good in the good parts and funny in the funny parts.

Kind of curious to see how a whole double album is going to sounds, though.

suburbs > funeral > neon bible

idgaf

SNL was so bad I fell asleep during the monolog. What was the set they played?

Wasn't really digging any of the new music in the half hour special after SNL. Too cheery.

agreed. funeral is more iconic for sure, but neon bible is the strongest in terms of how tall the individual songs stand and hold each other up. great album. suburbs is good but a bit behind the other two, the only one with actual filler

Leaked.

Wow, I'm really surprised, this is really good. Only four songs in though.

Better than The Suburbs.
