those energy drinks are also pretty good.... i've had that monster drink before, and it seemed pretty good... but they are a bit expensive.... =(

Urban legends
There is a popular meme that claims that taurine is derived from the testicles of bulls. The fact is that taurine was first found within the bile of an ox (a castrated bull), so there were no testicles on the animal. Additionally bile is a waste product that is commonly found within urine, so taurine could also be obtained from the urine stream of bovine cows (female cattle). This is not the case in commercially used Taurine however, which is produced synthetically.
