BILAL Skaf, the convicted serial rapist serving 55 years behind bars, has been drawing perverse pictures depicting extreme sexual violence against women.

Skaf: 55-year sentence

The pictures, discovered inside Skaf's maximum security cell at Goulburn Jail south of Sydney, portray subjects ranging from the execution of women to gang rape.

Reports say Skaf's obsession began when his girlfriend ended their relationship in March.

Skaf allegedly sent her a series of threats, which only ended after the unidentified woman complained to the Department of Corrective Services.

Corrective Services Commissioner Ron Woodham said the pictures were the first he had seen drawn by a convicted gang rapist that encouraged rape.

"I believe the drawings depict the way he thinks," Mr Woodham said.

"It tells you the way he thinks about women. He hasn't shown any remorse at all."

Skaf has also reportedly carved the name of his former girlfriend into his arms.

He was jailed for 55 years in August 2002, after he was convicted of leading a gang of serial rapists who taunted their victims with racist insults during the attacks.
