What really grinds my gears though is this situation with the live DVD. He really must not enjoy that Metro show or something, at very least he should use the United Center gig. We all know an Arising! show is off the table because that would have D'arcy. Smh.

What happened to the format in which they did those first few reissue DVD's? Those had a full concert plus extra bonus songs like that performance of Crush in Billy's dining room.

What we'll likely get as 'bonus' material are the GATMOG cartoons or some Matt Walker reimaginings of sorts.

God please don't fuck this up Billy...why on earth would he think that Korea gig was the best one from the tour? That show has been available to fans for years, and in high quality too.

I guess it's this one, which was considered to be an adore demo

I mean, it makes sense that they are Machina era songs since they were not included in the adore reissue. I guess the adore demos bootleg had machina songs on it after all

+

Strength in numbers can’t be from Z...sounds too good

Why is he such a prick about the soniclovenoize tracklisting? He says it’s self important bullshit, which makes no sense

He just confirmed strength in numbers is zeitgeist era. I just re-listened and I should have assumed from the get go because of the vocals. Yet the instrumental sounds so good - OG tier.

Well I'll be damned. That's a great song. In fact I thought it was a song that was left off the Mellon Collie deluxe boxset like Arms Of Sheep.

Speaking of Arms Of Sheep....

Yeah fuck you a million times, Corgan. This was done by someone actually admiring your work and if i made it not clear enough, Machina fucking sucks.

Self-important, unlike something you would do right, Billy Christ?

Wasn't it recorded in 98/99 though?

I’m liking Billy a lot more when he sticks to talking about the band and the archives.

But he clearly has zero fucking idea who leaked the outtakes.

Listening to Strength in Numbers with Z in mind, his vocals def sound more 2007 than 1999. Also it's an excellent song and would've saved the album.

That's what we need, a pair of investigators who specialize in finding freaks from the 90's who wear silly Halloween costumes out of season.
