the last time I ate there (also because of my grandparents) I ordered this chicken dish and it was literally a big chunk of totally and obviously processed chicken, a la a chicken sandwich at mcdonalds or something, except it had italian spices and a disgusting amount of salt on it

the problem is really not just the quality of the food in of itself (though it is bad), more that the quality is fast food and the prices are nice sit-down restaurant
