Doesn't sound legit. Sounds more like a cassette one crams as much audio as possible into, and later hands over to a friend.

It's just a bootleg cassette. Remember bootleg CDs? It's like that, but it's a cassette instead.

They've made plenty of bootleg CDs, based out of Italy. Rare tape, but just a bootleg.
