Neil Young Update!

SO FAR I like the following albums: Life (87) & Harvest Moon (92)

one of my fave songs now is "Dreamin' Man". what a beautiful fucking song.

also i like the following songs to varying degrees:
albuquerque, borrowed tune, capt kennedy, come on baby let's go downtown, emperor of wyoming, hangin' on a limb, heart o gold, here we are in years, hey hey my my, if i could have her tonight, ive been waiting for you, my my hey hey, needle and the damage done, old man, pocahontas, powderfinger, rockin' in the free world, sedan delivery, someday, thrasher, too far gone (both versions), and wrecking ball

I found Isn't Anything amongst random cheap-o CDs at a Cargo Largo for $3 and, even though I had it on my hard drive, I bought the CD because I couldn't bear letting it just sit there unappreciated.

even if somewhere someone discovers like 100 tapes of all new, never ever heard cobain solo demos, i'd fucking pass. his voice is the bane of my existence.

people who aren't that into music think nirvana is the be-all-end-all. dudes i work with are like pushing thirty or even over thirty and still think nirvana is some of the best music ever.

maybe it's a regional thing

based on people i've known, sublime is more popular and highly regarded than nirvana was and they're also another band i never really liked that much.

yea that's true. I dated this 21 year old last winter and was surprised her and all her friends listened to sublime. They also liked mike doughty and ryan adams.

Seemed weird because they were too young to experience sublime so it's strange they were into it, to me.
