I don't have any solid memories of the day in day out until I started journaling when I was 14/15. A few highlights but mostly blank. A trip to California for two weeks here, random memories there. I don't know how common it is.

Yeah, my only "problem area" is the midsection. Could stand to lose at least 10. Was told on a subreddit that with my measurements, i could still stand to lose 10 or more. So, I've heard different things.
It's possible I have some mental block wrt food/weight because i do focus on numbers more than getting muscle. Muscle has weight so i really need to focus on firming up and worry less about the scale tbh.

I've noticed my "loads" have been smaller as I age, which I'm going to count as a win.

2.5 years ago I developed eczema and it got progressively worse. Then 10 months ago sinus problems, and two months ago asthma.

Even though my partner is on birth control, I like to think it lessens my chances of child making. That, and it's easier to clean up.

i got all of these as an adult too, it's fucking weird. like how do i get allergy problems in the place i grew up? aren't you supposed to be used to everything? i'm "moderately allergic" to almost everything they tested for except cats and one type of tree. luckily my eczema is only on my hands and occasionally feet and is very very mild. i thought it was some kind of fungal infection when i first got it.

feel better dude. i have to have permanent ear tubes now or fluid builds up and i can't hear

I developed some kind of eczema or something mostly on my arms when I was a teenager and it has gotten steadily worse. I brought it up to the doc a few years ago and she was absolutely insistent they were just bug bites. She even told me to check for bed bugs despite the fact that it looks nothing like bed bug bites and I have experienced it at home, at college, living in Israel, etc. Frustrating but she didn't want to refer me to a dermatologist

It's probably just bed bug bites.

I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Here in Houston, we have been getting the run around getting the kid a referral to see a dermatologist. Despite her having eczema her whole life.

What is the deal with these skin-fixers?

i just made a call straight the dermatologist at a medical center that takes my insurance. i never even saw my primary care physician cause i could never get an appointment with her so i said to heck with the middle-women. plus the provider hotline i would call was no help and always tried sending me to crumbling offices too far from my home when i was first asking how to get a referral if i couldn't see my pcp. medicaid, am i right?

are your doctors saying there is no problem or why can't you get a referral?

Try to avoid eating much soy, if you don't already. Might not fix it but it may help.

My mother in law always tells me to go check my thyroids because she has been treating it for a while and thinks I have the same symptoms as she used to have

Do you mind aswering how did you end up getting this treatment?

I have never been to an endocrinologist before, I'm just waiting to get a job and pay for one because the public health of where I live in don't ******* specialists...

When we initially saw her ped, we didn't give her a list of all the medications and creams etc that we've tried on her skin. Therefore, when the ped sent our info in for a dermatology referral, we were rejected by the main children's hospital and I guess given a list of things to try before we can even be seen by dermatology.
We have her medical history but, honestly, we're just going to use the creams and other methods (swimming in chlorine helps, nightly skin wraps, etc.) until we visit back home this December and she sees her regular skin doc.
