Default If "Being Beige" was covered by any artist, who would be improvement?

I think Ed Sheehan would do a great job. Not even kidding. I don't hate the song but I think the whole pumpkins thing is getting old and should be retired

I thought Being Beige was a cover...
A cover of a Coldplay song.

Too bad Lou Reed's dead.

His version of Peter Gabriel's "Solsbury Hill" was pretty lame and predictable.

Just imagine him speaking the god awful lyrics to "Being Beige" over this and you'll get your Lou Reed version.

It's a pop song at heart so I think a pop musician could make it super sappy and not weird

How about Dwight Yoakam. Not joking. Imagine a saloon piano plinking tinny and weird in place of the vapid guitar/drumpad intro. Imagine before the first vocal song busts into a full-on shuffle waltz with buh-doo-bee-doo honkytonk guitar on the upbeat. Something to make it swing like actual music

Right now sounds like the cracklin foam of hemmroid medicine squirted up the tightest whitest ass of all tiem
