Damn, why couldn't the Pumpkins announce that earlier? I would have gotten some nice 10 Club seats ;(

Why dont they play bigger venues? Im all for smaller venues on occasion, but this just leads to alot of disappointment among thousands of fans who could easily be satisfied by playing an arena.

They're doing the same thing a lot of bands tend to do. They'll play an intimate(ish) show as a special introduction and to test the waters. Then they'll probably come back in a few months and play a much larger venue. It's fine by me.

Hello,

I've just registered purely for this thread and to basically beg anyone who might end up with 2 extra tickets to get in touch with me.

All I can offer in return is eternal gratitude and a promise that if I end up with extra tickets I'll be back here offering them for face value (or whatever they cost me - I have a friend who works at NME who's good for free tickets sometimes)

I am going to this whatever it takes. If I don't manage to get a ticket then I'm willing to pay over the odds for one. What's the venues capacity? This is great, now Idon't have to find a way to get a Reading ticket.

since the tickets go on sale only two days after show was announced, i'm hoping not too many take notice until then

I`ll get up at 6 a.m. in the morning on June 1 and check the ticket sites.
That worked very well for the Paris show and I heard that Monsieur Drouot is friends with Mr. ticketweb and Mr. seetickets...

it sucks. half of these tickets will be in the touts hands already, i reckon it will be impossible to get tickets.
sheperds bush is too small and for its size it aint that great a venue.

they should play brixton academey - sure its bigger but the atmosphere isnt lost!

Ethics exam at 1 the next day. What do we think? Risk the show and be knackered for the exam, or be a good boy and get to bed at a reasonable hour?
