I can't think of a single animal that I would prefer to have hairless as a pet.

hairless animals look cool but they make me feel uncomfortable

like the biggest appeal of pets has always been their soft fur and cuddling with them because its really calming and the hairless ones wouldn't work w/ my sensory issues

thanks to you all you glasses-wearing fools for encouraging me to tonight make an appt for an eye exam tomorrow. i think i am just going to get the same pair i lost because i liked them so much. and maybe a back-up pair out of pocket. or prescription sunglasses (out of pocket).

I haven't gotten an eye exam in two years b/c I lost coverage
My eyes are probably getting a lot worse cause I don't have the right prescription

last i checked i wore bifocals and my vision was pretty bad all around. i've come to be able to recognize some letters and words even when they're blurry. that's good. but it's not good, too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My new glasses are just readers b/c it was becoming a strain to read close up ever since I got my cataract surgery in the right eye
I had to hold things a very specific distance from me to be able to make out anything with that eye or I would just close it

Ive needed glasses since i'm 14 (myopia) but only wore some in class when needed and when driving. I haven't worn glasses (or lenses) since like 2002 as a result.

I'm not super blind but enough that the only time i went to an optometrist since, they went "and you DON'T wear lenses or glasses!?" Like i can read the time on the DVR which is about 4 meters away right now but i have to squint.

My sight is likely worsening. Oh well. What is there to see out there worth seeing..i ask.

Seriously though why the hell isn't dental coverage just mandated to be included with no extra charge
