It sounds fucking incredible.
Other than the "whoooo" girl (beware 1:49 during BWBW), it is amongst the best of '07. I hope his 07-28 turns out this well. Hell, I hope any of the Fillmore sets sound anywhere near this good. |

you could try to get someone to loan you some gear at taperssection.com or just chip in on a tapers ticket, or do any sort of favor to have it get recorded. |

I've got to ask the boss here if he's got a DAT taper... It's a radio station, so we got all kinds of shit laying around, and he's got the personality that if it doesn't work Mickey Mouse for him, then it's just too difficult. So we end up with a lot of technology on the shelf. In fact I think the news director said she had a DAT recorder, but couldn't figure out any way to get the audio off of it. The tape was like.. permanent. I guess I'd have to see it to see what she meant. Anyway... I guess I should write down on the to-do list to ask some questions today.
BTW paying for someone else's ticket is out of the question. I'm too po. |

Just downloaded Gossamer from that show and I'm loving it. If I didn't know any better (which one could argue that I don't) you could con me into thinking that was a professional recording. I hope that is th version they use for the official recording.
