As a potential buyer, I would not purchase a home from someone who cannot spell - in fact repeatedly fails to spell - a KEY word in their advertisement - unless the house was damn cheap.

I've seen this home listed for a few months now.

u might b a old old old person! u r way out of touch with the academic world. In some of the nations top ten colleges. email and text and chat spelling is accepted for most papers. It is considered the new high tech short hand and phonetic spelling just makes more sense and computers under stand is easer.
Rote spelling thank goodness is a thing of the past ***way past. Besides in Post Graduate marketing classes it is taught that miss spelling draws more attention, is remembered longer and even can raise a person to action as is the case with your letter.

I use them as a filter whenever I look for housing. If my landlord can't figure out how to spell kitchen, I don't want them as a landlord.
