They'll take over when all the Bohemian waxwings and all the other good birds die because of climate change and habitat loss

regalbull, I thought of you today when I noticed for the first time in five years that there is a framing shop across the street from where I work.

That's...that's all there is to that story.

Reprise tell me about your mail-order mattress. Did you use Casper or that other one?

Healthy Foundations sounds like a bad self-help and is embarrassing to say or even type on the internet

But when I lay me down to sleep, it's like a cloud comes to take all the weight from all the most tired parts of my body

i got this foundation (for $229, not the current price) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

with this mattress (for a bit more than the current price)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

it's comfortable, frame holds my fat ass just fine without breaking. no lumps or unevenness or anything - i've had it for only 20 months though. no signs of future problems so far

shipping for both were similar, large box that's queen width (short end) but otherwise pretty narrow. foundation kinda rolls out, but it's assembled you don't have to do anything. mattress rolls out and sorta "inflates" although that's not the right term obviously

it's not the most comfortable mattress i've ever had but that's just because i obviously didn't test it first. i think if you got your preferred softness it'd be a great mattress. i dont have any back pain or anything and my last mattress that was spring got all lumpy and shit

It expands, fills with air, and equalizes to the pressure because they vacuum pack them for shipping. I've thought about something like a Casper. Ideally I'd get something we would not have to replace for a very long time if ever but haha good luck with that one Bonnie. 😂Casper's subways ads are cute but I have heard that they're a little thin for a mattress which might not matter in some situations.

My accountant does my taxes automatically for me. Though the way it works here, i've made less money than the government cares about so i'm exempt this year.

Yay

financially i'd rather keep as much of my money as possible and pay the gubment at the last minute. But writing that check is still frustrating. I think 50% of conservative rich white anti gubment sentiment in this country is rooted in the way we handle/pay taxes and not necessarily how high the tax rates are.

My wife got a real job last year after 10 years of being an athlete, which was actually a very nice way to claim losses on my taxes. Her new salary bumped us into a higher tax bracket.

I have no idea how it works in the US.

Over here we have taxes included in the price of everything you buy, there are so many that it's hard to keep track.

And once per year you have to pay the income tax that is calculated over how much money you earned.
