That is an interesting soundbite there. It is very possible in the dark and confusion one could think someone was trying to stop people from exiting but there was actually a crush which was keeping people from exiting. But it's also striking to hear someone saying there was a guy and he was actually speaking to them. But, how could a guy really hold a door shut in that situation, with dozens of people pushing to get out? Seems like they'd get pushed and trampled pretty quickly.

I don't know what their basis was. Just that the cops were on the lookout for a 2nd suspect. I can't seem to find the Facebook posts anymore. It was wftv or wkmg. Maybe they backtracked on their story. Still, friends of friends are saying someone was barricading the doors. It's in the realm of possibility that they are liars.
