But Bernieís time passed. Iím not sure heís still the best candidate. Being able to win is a leadership quality and an important part of a candidateís value. If he didnít beat Hillary Clinton, he doesnít have enough mass appeal to beat Trump.
Ehhh, his past is irrelevant. He's trying to use his fame as a platform to promote family values in an era where they're being ignored more and more.
Perhaps it took him until his 50's to have that aha moment and now he's simply trying to share his wisdom. Whatever the case, his response is certainly not something that should be held against him or taken negatively.
