My co-worker JUST pulled me aside and told me that two other male co-workers have pulled her into a small storage room TWICE and proceeded to pray over her and spoke in tongues. She was amused at first, but now they keep calling asking when she's going to attend their church.

Luckily her boss has found out and is concerned. Man, what a day.

dear lord that's horrid.

as a practicing agnostic (technically i a crazy atheist who think's he's god but doesn't believe in himself, but it's a small category of nuts called "messiah-antichrist")... who used to preach in speaking-in-tongues churches... i can say that's gotta be scarey.

that's one reason i have no social life. i'm a diagnosed paranoid-schizophrenic and on disability b/c well.... haha... i just am haha... but my dad (a southern baptist preacher) who i have live with b/c, well i'm on disability... sees such things as "Possession by evil spirits" and 'won't cotton to none of them there fancy headshrinkers or pills poppers" etc.

ergo i do a lotta illegal drugs and well.... use my genius level iq to entertain myself rather than fear the delusions i have. i try to make art of out it... rather than be bothered by it.

but i can remember my youthful preacher days... speaking in tongues (self-hypnosis) in misssisppie b4 my mind was set free thru study (and, the Crazy, never forget the Crazy)... and people slapping oil on people or whacking them with bibles... this poor old epileptic man in one church who was sure demons possessed him b/c he didn't believe in epilepsy etc....

sad.

no, i said i work freelance tv/film production and video consulting. right now i work at a company doing video consulting AND i write. and i work both at their offices and from home.
