Default is there an easy way for me to invert a list i've made

In Word, or whatever. I've made a list with things listed

1.
2.
3.
4.
etc

But I want it to start at 200. and count down to 1.

Is there any easy function that will just let me reverse it? I bet this is something really obvious and I'm going to delete this thread soon.

if you can copy it into Excel, you can just sort it there (descending), provided it copies over properly, and then copy it back... there very well may be a way to do it within word, but i don't know about it cause i rarely use that application

i don't get it, where is the neural connection between being gay and liking eurythmics? could the music centrum in the brain be damaged by the homo gene somehow?

In unrelated news, there is no way to invert lists and what was seen here was purely an illusion.
