there is little to NO other promo in the US
there is NOTHING for anyone to buy
there are NO videos
the concerts ARE sold out
everyone i hear from IS excited

No matter what, I think that it will sell less than Machina just because of the overall decline in CD sales (due to internet theft - which is in turn due to record companies not providing flac and mp3 files for sale at a good price).

However Tarantula is not even a option to vote for.

Its also #4 at KNDD in Seattle, but that hasnt been updated since May 24th

A few friends have told me they've heard it on XM and Sirius a few times. I don't know if that means anything regarding the success of the song, though. I guess it depends on whether they were listening to a "Top New Songs" type channel or some specialized genre station.
