Televised performance circa 1996?

I remember a MCIS conwert shown on TV soI don't sometime in 1996...(would be early 96 I reckons). I don't recall the city...I'm guessing it was american. The show just seemed to be called MCIS...no doubt just a big promo. As far as setlist goes, that is kinda hazy too - begins with Billy playing Tonight tonight and 1979 acoustic whilst sitting down and wearing a beanie. Also seem to remember Jimmy on the bongos.. Only other songs I remember were Porcelina and BWBW..

Anyone have any ideas what show it was? And if so is there a torrent out there?

probably the Brixton show. there's a promo vhs that was aired in various places in various formats.

I wish there were more televised performances from this era.

It seems easy to find stuff from both Siamese Dream and Adore, but nothing in between.
