I boxed tonight

Man oh man, was it great. It was one of those parties like the one in the 1979 video. My first one, actually. The first time I've ever been to a real house party.

Anyway, the centerpiece of the party was boxing in the backyard with a live punk band playing. I got up to box a few times, and let me tell you, it was exhilerating. It was the first time I've ever done something like that.

Though my technique mainly consisted of trying to make the opponent double over in laughter by shaking my gloved fist at them shouting 'I'll butter your biscuit' in a 1920s Irish-American drawl and showing them some of my fancy footwork (which was stongly inspired by Michael Flatley, according to onlookers), I managed to do a serious bit of damage. I lost all the matches, but god, I want to do it again. One of the few things I remember from the matches was being punched in the face insanely hard and saying 'Dude.......I smell boogers'.

What's happening to me? Weightlifting? Boxing?
