His singing suits acoustic songs way better nowadays. It doesn't work very well for the rock/aggressive songs tho.

About the crowd, well... that's why Brazilian people are known to be one of the best crowd in the world. Billy loves playing in Brazil.

The crowd is acting like at a major European festival say '95. Crowd wasn't even that pumped for Foster the People or Jack White.

"Better than Foster the People" is a pretty low bar.

You know what would give me hope for the future? Living in a beautiful appartment in the centre of Oslo, having a master's in psychology and playing in two bands.

...maybe they know how to have a good time?

...maybe the ones at the SP concert aren't the same as at the Nickelback concert?

Did you really just insult an entire NATION to try to prove your "superior" musical tastes and put down one of your former heroes?

I mean, I think it would have been pretty cool to have Billy Corgan singing a stripped down version of Today while fireworks began to go off. Also the fact that Billy really didn't sing this as bad as he normally does with a full band behind him.

Hope for the future?

Future Billy is our only hope for the future, for it is a dark place.

Future Billy must send Jeff, Mike and Nicole back in time to convince 2000 SP to never break up.

Brazil is definitely behind in the times. I like Limp Bizkit and Korn, but they still headline and create a frenzy in Brazil as if it was still 1999.

They love the dinosaur acts.

Considering the times, I don't think there's anything bad with being behind them.

Yeah but 20 years from now when all the rap guys are old the people in Brazil will be going nuts for em. It's a reciprocal thing

I don't understand how anyones optimistic about this current line up though. They sound totally lifeless and awful.

It pains me to say, but I actually think the Oceania lineup was better
