I saw love actually once, but if I’m going to throw up in my mouth then I at least want to enjoy what comes before that, like a pepperoni pizza or something

This project is incredibly unlikely to actually happen but can't begrudge his love for Christmas, his own as a kid must have been pretty shitty.

There's still a lot I'll throw on for nostalgia's sake, like my parents' old Bing Crosby records, or I still like the Peanuts soundtrack and Motown Christmas, but yeah… 99% of it is intolerable garbage

My sister's favorite was always "It's a Marshmallow World," and if I go to Hell, that song will be on endless repeat like that Black Mirror episode

i used to watch Love Actually every December

not because it was one of my favorite movies, there was just a sort of inimitable feeling of nostalgia for a particular part of my life when i didn't really have to worry about shit & the Christmas season itself was just like a warm blanket where life was just that much better

of course, I said I used to. Now I just drink Christmas Ale & listen to rap

Elf is a good modern Xmas movie, if you have kids.

So is Polar Express. Harry Potter movies always remind of of Christmas too. The version of A Christmas Carol with Patrick Stewart is also really good. Fred Claus often gets an airing but I'm not a huge fan of it.

This song rocks. I know Blink sucks, but this is one of their better tracks

I actually very recently revisited Jacket and I'm surprised how well some of it has aged. Travis Barkers fucking awesome.

1st off I wouldn't say Blink sucks, they're just poppy.
But if we are naming Christmas songs by questionable artists I'm surprised no one has mentioned X-M@$ by Corey Taylor

Considering the genre/genres of music Blink is part of they're not horrible, alot of that pop-punk music acts are unbearable because they try to be all serious and political and it just doesn't work where as when Blink was making that kinda music thats not what they did at all, they tried to make music that was just fun, I still listen to their cd Dude Ranch every now and then because of that.
Of course they eventually started experimenting and now most of their stuff is not pop-punk much as....fuck I don't know what it is but its different, they do throw the occasional pop-punk song out there though.
Yes if you're looking for deep meaningful and emotional music they're not it but if you're looking for something thats just got a fun sound and might even make you laugh then they're pretty damn good, I grew up.listening to pop with my mom and I'll listen to Blink before I listen to the likes of Mariah Carey.

Blink has an extremely solid discography and hooks for days.

They are a hill, on which I am willing to die.

Question

You are still able to play Wham's "Last Christmas" knowing George Michael died at Christmas...?
