yeah, really like the new devotchka. the new breeders and beach house albums are good too.
the new clinic and atlas sound albums feel very underwhelming after a listen, maybe they'll grow on me. i think clinic's best days are just too far behind them. |

i like the thao nguyen album. black mountain is neither great nor shitty. the keyboards kind of suck most of the time though. they're like a lamer comets on fire to me.

NSB's Laurie Bird is the clear #1 album for me right now. No toher great albums this year so far but i like

first track is a 40 minute drone fest so i doubt you'd like it. its very ambient lots of indistinguishable instruments that gradually bubble to the forefront coalescing into noise toward the end. otherh two tracks i admit aven't listened to in their entirety but more of the same, a bit more noisy.
