it's not like subway is particularily healthy for you. They have sandwiches that if you don't put cheese and dressing on are low in fat but in general, everyone eats cheese and mayo on their sandwiches.

well for one, lets realize that the fact that a corporation manufactures an image that claims that thier food is healthier than x or y doesn't make it so, and in fact, it is only true if you order one of six sandwiches without cheese or mayo

also, subway's meat is notoriously processed and while their turkey is very lean, it also is crammed full of chemicals and preservatives.

I guess when you put it that way there's something wrong with everything. Kinda sucks that they're tricking people who would otherwise be trying not to eat to eat.

:S I dunno, everything you take into yourself is bad for you and good for you in some way. I bet there's not much wrong with cheese or mayonnaise if you can control yourself.
