This is basically what happened: Billy gave TNA money with the hope of creative control (and title of President or something) and a possible shot of buying a majority share in the company. When neither of those things happened he sued for control of the company, which I guess he felt he was owed. Judge said "nah dude" to him getting control but told TNA to pay Billy his loans back, which is why I guess he wasn't that pissed. Now TNA hasn't paid him back in time and he is trying to use that as leverage to take control of the company again.

Long story short - Corg wants to own a wrestling company very badly.

Corgan then responded to Anthem's Twitter statement and as you can see below, it looks like this situation is going to get pretty ugly before it's over.
