I have a friend who, for the past 4-6 months, wouldn't shut up about Jan 6. "oh man jan 6 is gonna be the day. Trumps gonna reveal something. some real shit is going down"

then Trump gave the most cry-baby speech I have ever seen in my entire life.

what i'm questioning is, did these people gather with the intent of storming the capital, or did the Trump speech fail to deliver so hard the energy just led to that?

most of the people i've talked to didn't know what to expect out of jan 06

i think trump allowed them to come inside and then pence blowed the whistle to have forces come in.
