wedding planner
you know how when you think you know somebody and your about to walk down the aisle and...well, you get mixed feelings. and things get all whacky and change on a dime, over and over and over again.
like the Wedding Crashers even...simple premise to begin the movie. Men use the illusion of love to get sex, and woman use sex to feel loved. by the end of the movie though, all of that is turned on its head and things change in ways you could never realize. |

If you're getting mixed feelings they might just be cold feet. Or a sign that you don't really want to get married.
I don't know if this is related, but everyone seems to rush into getting married. I've had two good friends who have gotten married and divorced because they rushed into marriage and didn't really know the person. Truthfully I think it takes at least a year to really know someone. |

I'm just confused because the thread title is "wedding planner" and not "Wedding Crashers"
Is this supposed to allude to how lame Wedding Crashers is? |

well, im really just talking about how things change and whether the change that is occuring is one you want to deal with in a relationship going foreward. its not a fear of commitment, its a realization of knowing how things will be going foreward and your crystal ball telling you it don't look so good.

my crystal ball can be so damned accurate at times its scary...but sometimes I go foreward anyway despite what I see, and the mess kinda gets bigger. i just don't like dealing with someone so profoundly hypocritical. and the vanity, it appears to me, is to lead the way of our new path whether I like it or not.
